Your tier is based on your total completed sales. Bronze starts at 0, Silver at 10, Gold at 50, and Platinum at 200. Tiers are calculated automatically and update in real time.

What if a buyer doesn't pay?

If a buyer commits to Buy Now or wins an auction and doesn't pay within 3 days, you can cancel the transaction penalty-free and relist your item.

Are there fees for boosting a listing?

Boost packages start from $3.99 and give your listing top placement in search results and category pages. Boosts are optional and never required to sell on ClickOz — but they do get your listing 5x more views.

ClickOz is Australia's own online marketplace. As a buyer, you browse thousands of listings from verified Australian sellers, pay securely through ClickOz Buyer Protection (escrow), and receive your item with full protection. If anything goes wrong, our dispute team resolves it within 48 hours.

On any listing that has Best Offer enabled, you'll see a Make Offer button. Enter your offer price and the seller will accept, decline, or counter within 48 hours. Accepted offers are binding — payment is processed immediately.
